bicyclepirate
Some recent buys: Velvet Underground and Nico: Unripened. I got this off of ebay, its the original 1966 version of the album, and I love these guys, its a great record. Harriet the Spy-unfuckwithable from a local store Waiting for these to come in the mail: Shellac-excellent italian greyhound 12" Nile-Annihilation of the wicked 12" They Live 12" Rumbleseat is dead 12" PMFS-Mercy 12" The Sword-Freya 7"
bicyclepirate
I think the original bidding ended at around $125,000 but the bidder didn't pay up, and then the record went for somewhere in the neighborhood of $25-40,000. I could be wrong, I read about this on a message board a while back and don't remember the exact figures. I'm just glad someone pressed a copy of it that is affordable, and the sound is pretty good.
