This corner basically houses my No Idea & Kiss Of Death Collections! Do you have a little step to help you reach the top shelf, or are those just records you never play? It was just over 3000 last time I bothered to check, and about the same number of 7"s in the drawers, although there are more of those not pictured on another wall, under the book shelves! My collection is somewhere between 2000 and 2500, so I'm betting this is closer to 4000. It's hard to gauge because my cabinets go floor to ceiling but in a much shorter room at the top of my house. They also wrap around a corner. In any case, I find it soothing to look at a well-built, well-stocked record cabinet. I'm hoping to be able to get all the books and shit out of mine some day. I've totally renovated it, put down bamboo floors, built and elevated library for my records, added built-in cabinets all over the place and much more. All the metal work there is custom too.
