But I agree, it would have been a pain in the ass to flip that many 7"s over the span of an album. I'm sure it would have had cool packaging and what not, but I'm a fan of ergonomics. Seeing them live TOTALLY sold me on them too, they were incredible. And this new song is absolutely perfect. Whenever I see them live I'm always into them (I've seen them like 5 times opening for other bands I went to see) and I usually give the albums another chance but just can't get into them as much as the live show. Eric (bass) said that they wanted to do the album in a gatefold 7" but the record company shot them down. Who do they think they are, Rancid? That Epitaph money is going to their heads...
