Yeah, which is why it's bullshit when they don't package your shit properly. You sit on the phone for 15 minutes listening to ear splitting treble, then 15 more minutes with a customer service person trying to understand what the hell each other are saying. I'm pretty sure they outsource the customer service in India or something like that, out of the states...

 

I'm stopping at Hot Topic on my way to work today, will pick up an extra if one is available and see if someone on here wants it.

I am also interested in a copy if anyone has one they don't want. Hottopic kept going me an error and suing to call when they went up and I was unable to call as I am at work.

I just got a reply back from FBR. They canceled my entire order. Atleast I got one of the copies from the HT exclusive.

What happened to Hot Topic exclusive?

From what I was told by support last night it is still coming. It was just delayed from the original November 27th street date.

no as in i got an email confirming the blue copies posted were an error, although im not sure how that error was made...kind of stupid.

Item was probably still in the system from when they sold it years ago. I emailed them just to find out what they were going to do about it. I had one other album on order, but will probably cancel as the shipping is kinda high for just one item.

According to HT support I was told it was pushed back but not canceled or changed in any way. So I still have my Coke Bottle Clear coming from HT, but I ordered the blue from FBR as well. I wanted Whisper War anyways so It is only an extra $11. I highly doubt it is the same color and if it is I can unload it on ebay easily enough.
