Amazon is pretty reliable

I meant Shopradiocast, which seems to be the only site listing the vinyl. I've never used that site before. 

The same thing happened with Born & Raised when it released, only the vinyl was up for preorder with the rest of the packages. It originally was listed for the album's release date, but then I got an email saying the vinyl was delayed a month and a half. 

Is that even a reliable website or is it listing the vinyl on speculation?
