I got in touch with the OP and he told me that he's got another thread out here with an updated list. My bad for bumping this ancient one. There's nothing to see here.

I honestly assumed that he suffered from some sort of trauma that rendered him unable reply to PMs, and that only allowed him to type "bump," like some awkward, alternate version of Hodor.

Anybody heard from this guy, PM or otherwise? I'm interested to know what's left (if anything).
