btw does anyone know if Mondo ships posters together? I ordered 3 on 3 different drops. $88 shipping total.

A little bit absurd.

Mondo will combine up to 5 posters together in one shipment.  They definitely will combine and refund shipping - just shoot them an email as long as your posters have yet to ship.  Mondo's customer service is one of the best.

Was at work today and two people called and placed both on hold. One person came and picked his up. All gone from my store. Some people that work at hot topic are so dumb, it clearly says on the hot topic bar code bluewhite

hey guys. i'm sorry if some of you missed out today. give us a few weeks, and send me an e-mail and if we have any left overs / cancellations i'll gladly help you out. especially if you got one last night and couldn't get one today.

 

As for someone selling 10 already on eBay, I can tell you that no one bought 10 copies at once. You can only check out with 2 at a time, which is a holdover from our previous site. But if someone went in and bought 5 orders of 2... that's a different story. And one that we don't see right now in our order history, but something we obviously need to be more mindful of in the future especially with smaller run items like this.

Having something in your cart at Mondo doesn't secure it, so that shouldn't have any effect.

adding to your cart doesn't reserve them though..

Mondo uses Shopify now, which does hold your item in your cart during the checkout process (check out today's BTTF3 drop). Fortunately, people were only able to checkout 1 BTTF3 at a time.  However, I think you can definitely hold as many vinyl in your checkout screen unless Mondo fixes that.
