Been a hot minute, some of this was in the recent purchases like last time I posted in here but here's some better pictures of the gear I grabbed over the summer.

 

 

Picked up an Ibanez RG8, GSR206 and a Fender Thinline Tele '72 Reissue (also a cello bow so I can pretend to be Sigur Ros sometimes).

 

 

Also finally got an ACTUAL pedaltrain instead of using as-is parts from Ikea as one along with filling it out with most of the stuff I've been wanting. How much should the Les Paul have been ? 

My acoustic guitar is a 2013 Taylor 410CE.  I just picked up a 3 tone sunburst American Strat Deluxe and a Fender Princeton Reverb RI.  Does anybody else have the Princeton RI and what do they think of it ?  I haven't heard all that many amps myself,  but I did audition a few different brands at the music shop and couldn't help spending the extra cash to get the Fender.  After playing it for the whole weekend pretty much I can't still can't get enough.

I did a google search of "brand new deja vinyl repress".  A thread from the site came up.  Here I am.

Ive just ordered this album.  I keep hearing "Queen" on the radio and I can't get enough.  Has anybody else heard this album?  It's getting really good reviews.  I've decided to not listen to any other tracks on the album until I have it on vinyl.  I did this with the new FKA Twigs as well and let me tell you it was worth it.

Tried to grab one of the Black Keys prints today. The website checkout process sucked so bad I couldn't get checked out before it sold out. I hate this game

Is that the Shepard Fairey print he did for Black Keys at the LA Forum?  If so I did my best to get one as well,  but was unsuccessful.

is it just me or are guys dropping like flies this year?  Especially guys I have in my hockey pool.. lol

I have a yellow Pro-Ject Debut Carbon,  with an acrylic platter and an Ortofon 2m Red.  My amp is a Yamaha AX-596.  My speakers are Pioneer HPM-100's. 

My amp is what's lacking in my set-up,  not to mention none of the sound level's work.  I bought this amp awhile back just to get my old turntable going when I was first getting into vinyl.  I picked this amp solely because it was cheap,  and it had phono built in.  Though it's not the worst amp in the world,  I'm due for an upgrade. 

Does anybody else have the HPM-100's?  I got a deal that I couldn't pass up on these speakers.  I absolutely love them.  Anybody else have any thoughts on them ?  From what I've read they're loved, or hated..

After having listened to it several times now, I think this album is brilliant. "Pendulum" is incredible. It's been putting the subwoofer in my car through quite a workout.

I'm a little late on this album.  But,  better late than never.  Great.. great album.
