I already change the needle

Hi guys! Im new here, and new in the world of vinyl collection.

I just recently got two vinyl and both present a fuzz / distortion sound in silence and in parts of songs (most in the first tracks), and also skips parts of the tracks. There is always that fuzzy sound and I dont know if are scratches inside the grooves or a lot of dust in them, I have tried everything on the internet, also chang the needle.
