Hey,  I know you posted this a long time ago, but just in case you are still curious, I have pie tin number 93 or so and it also has the green vinyl 7".  What I have is identical to the example you found.  Let me know if you have any questions.

I am selling the Less Than Jake  pie tin collection if anyone is interested.  It has been sitting in my parent's basement untouched since I originally ordered it.  It is pretty much mint aside from the actual pie tin being dented up.  I don't think I even listened to the records themselves more than once.  It has everything else that goes with it, with the exception of the tattoos which I never received.  Maybe they ran out of them and only put them in some pie tins.  If anyone is interested, send me a message.  I am not the most tech savy, but I can send you pictures.
