i got an extra Lawrence Arms-Guided Tour on orange and i have a Ghost Stories with Tan sleeve on gray. Looking for a Gaslight-sink or swim 1st press gunner import on blue or the 1st press US on red/white splatter. perhaps someone here bought a bunch of the blue vinyl and missed out on the 1st press of the LA. they sold out real quick. i'll also trade for a Strike Anywhere-change is a sound on green.

i feel your pain. ebay people either dont care or dont know any better. i always cringe when i buy an LP on ebay. its like a crapshoot if your record is going to come in one piece. i try, when possible to ship in an LP mailer. But if im out, i at least use two pieces of cardboard, then wrap with kraft paper. i would never just mail it in a padded mailer.

yeah, ebay really is the cheapest if you're ordering over 100. something like $.55-$.60 each in lots of 100 or more. i would contact each seller for a bulk discount if you need more than that. im sure they would do that for you.

prehaps some people here are interested in these. All vinyl in is near mint condition expect ViVisectVi which has some slight scratch marks on one side(doesnt affect playback). All sleeves have some slight edge wear so i would grade them VG+.

Wu Tang Clan - Wu Tang Forever 4LP $20

Gatefold Sleeve, 4 LP set. Original US press on Loud Records. Played only once or twice. Vinyl and Sleeve are in NM condition. This really looks Mint but the way i grade records are if its not sealed its not Mint. So i call this Near Mint. I know this isnt exactly the ideal board to sell this, but maybe somebody here might want this.

This weighs 2lbs so the shipping charges are expensive for people in Europe(blame the usps for their ridiculous international postage rates).

1 Lp to Canada cost me something like 4.70 or something. that includes weight of lp mailer box and bubble wrap. add a buck or so for handling.

it all depends how many records you are mailing. you should charge exact shipping plus like 10 to 20% added for mailing supplies(tape, boxes, mailers, etc). if you're going to be sending lots of records, its probably a good idea to pick up a shipping scale so you can weigh the stuff and print out your own labels. when printing your own labels with paypal delivery confirmation is like .18 for 1st class/media mail. its useful to have a tracking # in case someone says they didnt receive the items. i dont mail that much but i picked up a scale anyway. after doing some research online i bought a Ultraship Myweigh digital shipping scale. i bought the up to 35lb version and its very accurate(ive heard bad things about some of the other brands on ebay). when i have to go to the post office to mail international items(since you cant print postage for that), the weight is just about the same as my scale. maybe only off by like .1oz. if my scale says 13.8 ounces the post office one might say 13.9 ounces.

2 7" records with packaging usually weigh just over 7 ounces. if the cardboard is light sometimes under 7 ounces. so put 8 ounces in the usps calculator to be sure. ive never had 2 7"s ever weigh more than 8 ounces no matter how much bubble wrap i use.
