We have an allocation of each item but we don't know the full pressing amounts. Please contact the label direct to see if they are prepared to give you the pressing numbers.

I can say that there were fewer 8-track cartridges than any other item in the bundle and the availability of that bundle was limited to the 8-track stock amount.

There is no special box per se but there is a tote bag!

I have purchased the Loma Vista ultimate Prequelle offering https://uklomavistarecordings.ochre.store/release/100325-ghost-the-ultimate-prequelle-offering and was wondering if anyone knew the set up for this, by this I mean will it all be just packed separately in a generic box or will it be bundled together like a specific branded box set? I suspect I will not get a definitive answer to this but thought I would throw the question out there to see what comes back.

It's a good idea, but remember packages do occasionally get lost in the mail. What do you do when 20 records go missing that are owned by 20 different people?

Shit happens. Records can and will go lost went sent by labels and distros anyways. I don't think there will be that much added risk. you could always just use a shipping method that includes tracking so you know your shit is actually being passed on.

That being said, I'm in Canada, and I'd be down. Maybe we could start by getting a list of whose willing to be involved and where in the world they are located.

I agree with this, the choice is simple when it comes to P&P, you either get cheap P&P and take the minimal risk that it won't arrive or pay for it to be tracked. I am pretty fortunate and receive 99.9% of all my orders shipped by normal postage.

Another main idea of the original post was to discuss enabling people to get their hands on releases limited to certain countries, to give people an option on getting items other than paying super-inflated prices on certain auction sites.

To add to the list, I am in the UK so really I would be looking at getting things shipped mainly from the US/Canada. Saying that if we can get people from Asia/Australasia onboard then even better =]

Does anyone know how limited this is??

I was initially just thinking about UK/US but I suppose if there are willing people then it could be a worlwide network. Really I was just looking at a network of honest, reliable people who are able to get hold of records & post them in a uniform way & for cost price (i.e not to make a big profit like the shops do) to music fans who can't get hold of items in their own country or feel ripped off by the postage & packing costs the shops charge.

I was also initially thinking about records/cds etc but as long as both parties are willing then it could be for clothes/merch etc also.

As I said in my original post, I don't know if this is something which will come to fruition but I think it could work if we get the right people....The key to the whole thing working and for it to keep working is the honesty & integrity of all people involved, we will probably all be strangers to start with so we would all in effect be taking a leap of faith!!

Any ideas/suggetions to get this off the ground would be greatly appreciated.
