Hostage Calm is playing my house tonight in Silverlake. Their LA & Riverside shows got cancelled, so I thought I would throw this together last minute.
HC is the only band playing and they'll be going on right at 7. Not trying to piss off my neighbors with a mid-week show.
If you still haven't listened to the new record, it's still streaming on Punknews: http://www.punknews.org/bands/hostagecalm
If you want to come out, PM me and I'll send over my address.

Santa Barbara all the way to Arizona without a stop in between?
Dumb.
They're playing sound & fury in SB which will have more people than if they stopped in SD & OC combined.
-
As far as a train, you will want to take the ronkonkoma line and get of at the farmingdale station and grab a cab, I'm going to say an 8 min cab ride tops.
this is the way to go train-wise. i concur that the pole in the middle is pretty obnoxious.

i really like this band but the singer's voice is extremely similar to the the singer of that awful band the sleeping.
-
i'm pretty stoked on this. i'm wondering who else will be added to this.

any hints you want to throw out?
Not just yet, heard this morning the motive reunion might not even be happening at this fest? So who knows now...
yeah i keep hearing it's going back and forth with motive. i hope it all pulls through.

Anybody still looking for this?

I am pretty stoked on this and very curiouse to see who the "one more big reunion" will be.
same, i have a few ideas in my head of who it could be but i don't want to get too ahead of myself.

I know a few people who will be stoked for this.....

so bummed, just got an email saying they just shipped my order TODAY. i placed my pre-order the day it got posted. my friend who lives in orange county already got her order though...
is it me or is b9 slacking with their orders lately? this happened with my PBC order too.
-
don't care about wonder years, but i most certainly love cbk & title fight.
-
This band is awesome. "Life of a Spectator" is a
nearperfect album.yes.
on such a SM kick now.
-
this rules. im super stoked on this.
-
Title Fight is the main reason I'd go to this. Strike comes in a close second though.
-
ughh this is the last thing i want to see when i have NO money.
-
has anyone on the west coast gotten theirs yet? I've heard friends here get their single LPs, but no one has gotten their package deals yet.
kinda bummed since i usually never have a problem with B9.
-
i wish this was coming to the west coast.
-
still didn't get the download link. still no pre-order package.
i'm assuming they are wayyy backed up because they usually never slack on anything i order.
-

Aren't you the same guy who was making bootleg Drive Thru records? I remember Rob Hitt posting about that.
