I can't believe the Muslims got a 5.9 it's a really good 70s style garage record, I say it's NY writers syndrome bias attitude against these guys. I bet if they were from Brooklyn then Cohen would be down on all four taking it all in.

New York is a really tough place for music.  With so many other distractions in the city, there's really not much of a music scene.  It really sucks for bands.  We've had shows where we completely filled up a bar past capacity, and we've had shows where we only have 5 or 6 people.  It's rough.  There's a ton of really opinionated music writers who are just stuffy and pretentious. 

Life Without Buildings sold.  Rolling, rolling, rolling.

Haven't found anything, but I'll definitely keep an eye out for you.  Looking at Popsike, Worthpoint, things like that, it's sold for anywhere between $60 and $190.  Not sure if that info is of any value to you.  Last one was sold in November,  I believe. I'll try another search, though.  Fingers crossed, eh?

 

The more obnoxious route would be to check the "x have this" list on Discogs and send a message to each one.  Most might not be interested in selling, but you might find one who is more interested in $200.
