Picked up a black!

When I ordered this record from Hot Topic over the summer, I assumed it would be on white vinyl since that was what Merchnow carried. However, it wasn't advertised as so, and I got it on black vinyl. Not a problem at all, but I emailed Hopeless anyway to ask about the pressing info. They told me there were no plans for a repress and that it was 500 copies on black, 500 copies on white. If anything, it looks great with the artwork. If they advertised it as white from where you bought it though, you could get a refund for the correct color.

Would I get to keep my black copy as well as get the refund? Amazon does say "first pressing is on white vinyl" under the product description. Thanks for the pressing info too!

I got this record for Christmas today expecting it to be on white vinyl. That was the only color that I had ever heard of for it. When I opened it though, I discovered it was on black. Does anyone have any pressing info for this? I can't find anything besides "The first pressing will be white/500."

Picked up Avalon the other day at my local record store. I gave it a listen and it's just not really my thing. It's the second pressing, like this http://store.photofinishrecords.com/albumview.asp?idproduct=70700 but without the download obviously.

I'd just like to get what I paid for it ($15) plus shipping or trade for stuff by The Wonder Years, Man Overboard, Transit, or other similar bands. Open to offers!
