i was really excited for this after hearing voices and all fall down. however after listening to the leak a few times, i'm furious. if skiba can't stop ripping off alk3 (himself as well as dan) then he needs to stop being in 3489723409 bands. Several songs on this Sekrets LP has vocal and guitar melodies stripped DIRECTLY out of Crimson-era Alk3 songs.

there are some good songs, don't get me wrong. i just can't stand when bands rip themselves off and recycle their material, especially across side projects.

yeah the chorus for falling like rain is pretty much a direct rip off of eating me alive. but i don't mind, i still dig the whole album and it's not like it's exactly the same song

Just called paypal and they don't seem to want to give me a refund. He said they MIGHT re open this case in their fraud department or some bullshit. To the people who got their refunds, what did you say to convince them to give it to you?

I wish I was exaggerating, but that's my luck with SRC. The last order I placed with them was January 11th. I recieved that package on March 9th. Needless to say, I am choosing not to support SRC or MTS anymore.

also, they'll let you order things they dont have in stock so they have to refund you with store credit. i got 5 dollars more but still id rather alk3 S/t

Honestly I think allthe matches albums ruled... there's some weird parts on A band in hope that aren't the usual matches style but it kind of shows you where shawn wanted to go with maniac. i would defs kill for the first 2 though. definitely decomposer, one of my fav albums of all time
