anyone selling an extra seafoam for cost? joining the club of people who ordered the day it was put up and still got refunded.

There was a guy at the Cleveland show that said some really ignorant, racist stuff. When he approached the merch table, the band pretty much told him off and tried to buy back the TWIABP shirt he was wearing - they said they didn't want a racist idiot advertising their band, and some heated language was exchanged before the guy walked off.

yeah i read some of the twitter fight about some guy saying ignorant racist/sexist things. really sucks that someone would say things that are so awful it'd make TWIABP want to buy back their own merch. 

at the same time, it's just as awful that they went to twitter and told someone to commit suicide multiple times. it seems like people should know better than to say racist things, as well as flat out telling someone to kill themselves. it's weird to me that TWIABP is essentially "emo music", yet they told someone they barely knew to commit suicide. oh well, just my 2 cents. 

where are you from? really felt like TWIABP had a bigger crowd than IIOI here in DC. IIOI crowd emptied out throughout their set.

i was at the cleveland show, small venue called the grog shop. i was pretty surprised not many people cared for them, but it could've been the fact that the band didn't seem into it at all. they also went on twitter afterwards to tell someone that was at the show to kill themselves, so there's that haha.

TWIABP wasn't very impressive at the show i went to either. they spent a good +3 minutes of random guitar improv because they ran out of time for their last song. the drummer seemed annoyed with it because he wanted to play the last song, then walked off which made the rest of the crowd feel slightly awkward. the spoken word guy jumped back on to make it somewhat more bearable but it was still an odd way to close a set. 

i saw them with brand new last september and i liked them a lot. definitely agree that they seem to prefer bigger venues, no one really cared about them at the IIOI show.

Just ordered my Debut Carbon for $359. 10% off was the best they could do. Not too bad. Can't really find it for any cheaper.

needle doctor gave me a 10% discount ($359 shipped) as well. i got the 15% discount from musician's friend but they kept delaying the ship date so i went to needle doctor and they shipped it within an hour after i ordered it. i'd definitely recommend them if they continue delaying the ship dates, the last date i was given was at the end of February and they still weren't confident about it so i gave up on waiting.

I'm not sure what they have, but thats where I got my red & I highly recommend them. Great customer service.

Anything/everything I've ordered from them has arrived promptly and well packed.

for anyone else still looking to order this: i did get an email back from music record shop and they said the sticker is on the shrink wrap, not the actual cover. their website seems like the cheapest option at $35

What about instead of the Debut III?

i'd still get the carbon, it's an updated version of the debut iii.

mine is still in the mail so i can't speak from direct experience, but there's a lot of great reviews on it and a lot of people on this forum seem to favor it as well.

i just bought a new turntable as well. you can get a pro-ject carbon for around $320 from musician's friend, i think i'd spend the extra money and get that instead of the pro-ject essential.

You can order TDAGARIM from a UK Retailer in Black. The UK Retailer does not have the sticker issue. With a currency converter, it ends up being about $50 shipped to US. Considering the black stickered US 2xLP costs $45 shipped, it's not a bad price to pay for the benefit of having an unstickered jacket.

I'm also selling TOYPAJ black 12" w/ colored 3x7" for bonus tracks, /2500 w/ Mark Hoppus foreward. I've never played the 12" because I have another TOYPAJ, but I did test out one of the 7"'s, other than that, it's all new.

Just bought a Carbon black myself. Missed the Musicians Friend deal but got it with Amazon Prime next day shipping. Went from AZ to OH to my work in 25 hours. 

I ordered a Carbon as well. It was between white or black but I think fingerprints/dust would've driven me crazy with a black one so I went for the white. I got the MF deal but they kept delaying shipment to the point where I wouldn't get it until the beginning of March so I cancelled. Needle Doctor let me order it for $360 and shipped it UPS ground the same day. not as quick as amazon, but would still recommend them. i'll probably be buying most future upgrades from them.

Nice! I ordered a Debut Carbon as well, I got it in white. It's a much needed upgrade from my awful portable turntable from Pyle. Hopefully it's easy to set up, I'm pretty new to collecting as well as record players in general.

FedEx had that holiday hiccup but this is a little ridiculous.  It says estimated delivery for tomorrow on mine and yet it hasn't updated since Sunday saying it went from Atlanta to somewhere in Ohio.

Same, mine has been in Grove City, Ohio (2 hours from my house) since Saturday haha. Also have a Pro-Ject coming by UPS that has been in Minnesota for over a week. the mail has been awful lately.

anyone have experience with musician's friend's gold coverage?  it'd bring me back up to the $400 price point which isn't too awful, but i know a lot of plans like this aren't worth it.

I went to a citizen show awhile back and they had a grey/red hoodie at their merch table. I didn't bring enough money so I passed on it and they never ended up selling it in their webstore. Anyone have one in size small for sale? if anyone has the same hoodie in black for less than all in merch has it i'd be interested in that as well. Thanks!

my bundle came in today as well, the blue looks really nice when held up to the light. i got the devil 7-inch, it's the same as what was on my merchnow receipt but i'm guessing that was just a coincidence.

anybody have a status of "shipped" on merchnow? i saw soupy said they started shipping but from my past merchnow orders they rarely update it anyways.

i was hoping it was the record player and not the records i have, since most of them are brand new but still skip for some reason. is there a reason it happens in the same spot though? i had a little more time to listen to it and it also skips on the 3rd and 5th track, always in the same spots. 

Just for curiosities sake, what kind of player do you have?

i'm pretty new to vinyl records so i was wondering if someone could help me troubleshoot this problem i've been having. i haven't had a chance to listen to the entire record but it noticeably skips during stifled. it happens at the beginning, "i'm so sore" then skips to "never see your face anymore". from what i can tell i can't see any scratches, it seems to happen around the spot where the green and red halves meet, if that means anything. is it the record or my record player?

for the t-shirts on the YMAEWK page, is the girls large supposed to be like an extra small? just thought it was sort of weird it went from girls large to unisex small.
