Those are $10 Le Almeida is from Rio in Brasil and is an absolute wizard of the lo-fi 90's indie/pop/punk sound in the vein of Guided By Voices, Pixies, Smashing Pumpkins, Butterglory etc. Can't say enough good things about him an his music, plus all the art is killer collage work by Le.
