Side One Dummy customer service appresh

After not receiving my Gaslight Anthem 59 Sound 7', I sent an email over to the S1D mailorder. I then exchanged a few emails with a worker by the name of Alex, who even called me to tell me that because they didnt send my black copy, he would send me a black and gold copy. He even asked if there was anything else he could put in the mail for me (free of charge) for the inconvenience, which i declined. It's good to see labels practicing awesome customer service like this. Anyone else have any similar stories?
