I first emailed on the 18th. I hit up virgil@ info@ and orders@ and got no response. Its not even going to matter after the 2nd because PayPal said thats when they will make a decision on the dispute. Its kind of confusing anyway because the record I bought was used so even though the seller didn't even have the record, they probably got credit for selling it and got the money for it.
