Video tape something going through the whole process in different scenarios. On a bus, plane, and train all sorts of things can happen, and that might give some false jurisdiction against the driver or other handlers. Why can the postal office not see the workers tossing the packages among each other? With such a technology driven world it seems like they would have cameras everywhere to prevent that type of behavior. One other question, does this pinpoint when the drop occurs?
