Did anyone pick this up from Amazon? Was it a gatefold?

Have to wait a few weeks to pick this up.  I doubt they'll sell out, but any idea how many will be pressed? 

Damn, guess I didn't change my address in Subpop ordering, and this is getting shipped to my parent's in Texas. Going to have to have it forwarded to California.  Feeling extra impatient now that I see the pics!

Yeah, I highly doubt they sold that many copies that quickly.  Even people I know that are huge Flying Lotus fans were thinking twice.  

The $40 average for preorders is making me be a lot more selective. 

It's akin to heading to Walmart at 12:01am on Black Friday to do your weekly grocery shopping.

Olafur Arnarld's set at Sonos Studies was probably my highlight of SXSW this year.  Blue Hawaii at Hype Hotel is a close second, though.

I went to two UOs and didn't see it in either. Someone above said that a manager mentioned that it was an online exclusive.  Keep in mind though that if you order it from the store you get free shipping and it ships ridiculously fast.

I was not amused at the changes some of the tracks had on the official release, so that set my cap under the $100 mark, haha.

Haven't heard the official release.  What changes were made? I'm going to be pissed if I do get this, and House of Balloons is tweaked in anyway.

Wasn't really a Last Splash fan in the 90s, but this album has really grown on me since.  Kinda afraid to see how much this goes for.

Just got my package from Captured Tracks and now I have 2 extra silk screened versions that I purchased from Amoeba because I never thought I'd get anything from the label. Anyone still looking for these? Shoot me your lists or we can do cost + shipping.

My Toro y Moi record came in a big box, but not with a regular record box inside or bubble wrap.  It was wrapped in paper and had enough cushioning not to get damaged though so I'm not complaining.  Was surprised it got here so fast.  I ordered it Monday evening, and it was on my doorstep Wednesday early afternoon.  Not sure if its a Southern California thing, as opposed to Texas, but my orders take an insane amount of time to get here and are even sometimes delivered to my neighbors, so I was happy it was here so fast.  

I've never really seen much merch at sxsw.  

I didn't get tracking info with this order, nor when I ordered the last Beach House lp, and can't recall before that time.

Just checked, and my order is marked as shipped as well.  Hope I get a nice little surprise in the mail soon.

Next week we'll be lamenting the closing of Best Buys.

Yeah, I did check it out.  Thanks, that's crazy!  Read an article recently, which I can't seem to find at the moment, about the rise of bootleg records.  Thought it was an overblown sensationalist piece, but now I'm starting to wonder if my initial reaction was wrong.     

Personally I am not a fan of bootlegs and would just rather wait it out for an official release.

I am not a fan of bootlegs either, and have waited patiently but frustratingly for an official Channel Orange release, but was just wondering because I hadn't seen any around.
