Europe/North America I get.  US vs. Canada I do not.  Especially if released at the same time.

 

Pretty sure Fat will still ship this release to Canada and vice versa, so it seems a bit like a cash grab if there's variants between the two.

It isn't, they're from Canada. I can't see them making much off of the Canadian release.

I really just want this pre order to go up real super bad, y'know?!!

Why's that? Because I'm saying what he did wasn't a good deed? It wasn't. I'm not saying he's wrong for selling it. In my opinion I don't think him selling it for (likely) more than it was worth at the time deserves a pat on the back. It's "worth" more now, sure. The fact that the demand has gone up for this and people will pay more now has nothing to do with him being a good dude for selling it and making a profit off it before.

But he couldn't have sold it on Ebay a few months ago for that. The demand for this went up AFTER he had sold it. He sold because of the personal gain he got from it. Not to be a good guy. Sorry but he doesn't deserve a pat on the back for selling this for 3,4,5 or 6 times what he paid for it. Maybe if he had sold it for cost+shipping and a little bit of profit. He sold it for what the market demanded for it at the time. No good deed was done here. 

Just about the middle of march and no one has received this yet? I forgot about it till now. Jeeze.

I sold my box set for $100 a few months ago to a fellow on this board, at the time sure seemed like an awful lot of money for something I paid $12 for.  I probably could have made a lot more on eBay, but oh well, maybe that karma will come back around to me at some point.

What karma? You made a profit. I don't know how that relates to good karma.
