What I don't get is that all of these people are acting like these are impossible to get when I have had no problem getting my hands on them.

 

I could be wrong about this, but not all hot topics sell vinyl or get exclusives in stock. And then there are people like me who live in Canada and don't have any access to HT stores or feel like spending $40 for shipping from their website. The closest store to my province never has any stock of pretty much anything 

I didn't need that Macklemore & Ryan Lewis boxset. And it's warped as hell. 

Just watched You're Next and really liked it. It's a nice twist on slasher movies and it was well executed. I haven't seen a movie that I had so much fun watching in a while. As a nerd bonus, Ti West and Joe Swanberg are both in it.

Other things I watched this week : The Departed, Bad Grandpa, Blue Jasmine, Sunshine, In A World, Hesher

I watched Hesher as well and I'm sort of surprised that it got so much hate. I actually enjoyed it. How was blue jasmine? I really wanted to see that.

I watched Her last night and it was phenomenal. I second that If they released a soundtrack I would buy it in a heartbeat.

Pleased to hear people are going with marbled.  I don't think I have anything I would really call "splattered" either.  Does a swirl count?

 

I hope so! I posted Austra - Olympia and it's a swirl, but they pass as a splatter to me. No rules if it looks/sounds awesome! 

Looks like I'm gonna have to just use my Facebook photos of my records. I somehow shattered my phone camera. I never dropped it and I have a case on it. Something straight stabbed into it. Looks like someone tried to hammer a nail into it. It happened yesterday but I don't know when it how. :/ I've only had my phone for 2 months. I had to wait 2 months for the 5s and now this happens. Sucks.

 

Sorry that happened to you   Nothing irritates me more than something bad happening to my phone! 

 

I as well posted Japandroids today. Unfortunately I didn't have many options, but that is okay - they are still great. Excited to see all the splatter today!

Getting ready to post my Low Anthem collection. Most of it's signed.

Don't understand why more people aren't into them.

They built a machine that makes it look like a moth flies over them while they perform. They are currently building a huge bell machine. The band is crazy.

I wasn't crazy about them at first, but then I saw them live and it was unbelievable. Great band

Are you specifically looking for Panic's splatter version? There are a ton of copies of that album at my local record store for $17 but they're black. I could pick you up a copy if you're interested.
