Something just clicks for me with MB, I absolutely love them.

 

Just had my first chance to listen to this album, and i've not really listened to the singles that have been released over the past few weeks. Have to say this is absolutely spot on for me. They've kept the emo-ness but it isn't a carbon-copy of the EP/singles. Maybe I just relate to them at the moment but I really really like this record.

 

Also the re-recordings are kinda pointless but the sound has changed. I feel Bukowski especially has more feeling behind it on this album, although I prefer the sound of it on the EP.

Ok is anyone able to help me out? Need to keep my SC Variant collection going and I need the VIP Tour Variant, but there's no option to have it shipped to the UK (I don't mind having to buy the ticket and then just not going, obviously).

 

Anyone not have a ticket that wants one, so I can get you entry and you can ship the record over? Or have any non-record friends that wouldn't mind giving away the record? It'd be much appreciated!

Shame Hopeless don't seem to be doing the Worldwide shipping like they did on Wishful Thinking, have to stump up $18 to get it over here.. Plus however much it's gonna be to import the Hot Topic version!

 

Says 900 "exclusive to US webstore" so I guess there may be one for Europe/UK as well, hopefully!

Most people can ship an LP to me (UK) for $17 and a 7" for about $11.

 

Would guess Holland isn't going to be much different, although with international some people want the safety of tracking which would probably be $25ish for you.

I have zero money but I just buckled and bought this, postage was surpringly reasonable to the UK, only $11!

Is anyone able to grab me two Hot Topic exclusives and ship them? I'm after State Champs and Neck Deep - will obviously pay for your troubles!

They didn't release too much, but felt nice to add a test to my With The Punches collection. Would be interested in tests of the EP's or S&S but not holding out much hope..

 

Still no news on colours or quantities with this?

New track is great, excited for the full release. Ordered the Banquet and Milky White, but the pre-order packages were absolutely horrible, very disappointed in those. I mean come on, tarot cards!?

Will give it a shot but on their FAQ's it just says

"All shipping prices are based on the item weight, and distance of travel. Prices are set according to the USPS & UPS pricing guidelines/costs" so i'm not expecting any help from them.. Also I know i'm gonna get stung with a customs bill on a $50 order from them so i'm not feeling too optimistic..

Anyone wanna lend a hand and order this then post to me (in the UK)?

 

I've got an order on the Pure Noise page for both variants of the LP and both of the 7" plus the MV/AC split and it's telling me shipping is $62. I remember going to buy some things from PN before and emailing/tweeting them to check the total but I've never got a reply; and I don't wanna miss out on this!

 

I would go via Banquet but i'm a sucker for variants and i'd like all 3, and also had bad experiences with their pre-orders before that they never end up stocking.

Pretty annoyed these went live at 3am UK time, means I missed the test press bundle. Grabbed a 4 pack though to complete my collection...

So today I received two records I bought off eBay, was a bit suspect as it felt a bit thin and was wrapped in the plastic packaging of a duvet (I think you call them comforters? - basically this was just a plastic carrier bag).

 

Opened it, the records were wrapped in a thin layer of TOILET PAPER, with not even a cardboard stiffener. No protection whatsoever, it's a miracle there's only a few corner dings on them both, although they're both kinda sticky too which is horrible. I mean i've received records in bubble mailers before that have been damaged but this is almost insulting, they charged £1 more than the actual postage which is fair enough to cover costs, but they'd spent about a penny worth of equipment in this instance.

 

What would people recommend I write in a message to them? I don't wanna give them an onslaught because it's an individual seller so they probably don't have second copies to replace these with and i'd like to keep the records, but ideally i'd like to get a few £ back because the dings have devalued the records..
