  1. This is pretty cool!

It's a finestvinyl-exclusive bundle including the #250 issue of German VISIONS Magazin and one of three limited to 250 Split- 7" for €9.90 (magazine only: €6.90).

This one's Boysetsfire covering Bad Religion's "Don't Pray On Me", Funeral For A Friend's "Summers Dead And Buried" and Boysetsfire-singer Nathan Gray's second band  I Am Heresy's "The March On Black Earth". Also, the Boysetsfire song and the I Am Heresy song are previously unreleased from what I know. It's on End Hits Records who released BSF's "While A Nation Sleeps..." earlier this year and reissuing FFAF's "Between Order And Model" too.

    The other one's are:

    #1 Steven Wilson/The Pineapple Thief (K-Scope Records)

"Fluid Tap" (Wilson) -> bonus track on "Grace For Drowning", has never been available on vinyl before

"All The Wars" (Pineapple Thief) -> Acoustic Version of their latest record's title track

#2 Kettcar/Thees Uhlmann (Grand Hotel Van Cleef)

"Alles vorstellen (keine Guillotine weit und breit)" (Kettcar) -> track on "Move Against G8"-Sampler, never been available physically before

"Stromkastengeschichten" (Uhlmann) -> bonus track on his s/t's Special fan Edition, has never been available physically before

  2. This is a recording of the show at Skaters Palace in Münster. I was there (it was AMAZING!  :) ) and it's kinda a full band recording.

Part of the show and therefor appearing on the record are Chuck's touring band Jon Gaunt (violin), Joe Ginsberg (bass), Todd Beene (of Lucero, pedal steel guitar), Dave Hidalgo Jr. (of Social Distortion, drums) and guest vocalists Tim Vantol, PJ Bond and Josh Mann (of Paper Arms).

Tim Vantol, PJ Bond and Josh Mann took part in this show only, so this is a pretty unique and lovely line up!  :)

  3. Being from Germany I really enjoy Green Hell Records as their store is like 20 min away from my place.

However whenever I order records per mail I prefer http://www.finestvinyl.de/ as they seem to be faster and you only have to buy stuff for 30€ to not pay shipping costs. I think it looks pretty charming as well, but maybe that's just me..

I know Flight13 as well, I don't like it that much though. Maybe because I just don't need it, because I get most everything I want both at Green Hell and finestvinyl.de
