Hi!, I finally got my replacements in Spain on the 11th of january, they were sent from the USA on the 6th of january, so I expect everyone's gonna get them sooner or later. I sent an email to [email protected] on the 22nd oct 2013 and they didn't answer until one month later. They said they were making new copies to be sent out and that it may take some time. I'm glad this nightmare is over and now I have 15 vinyl records and they only cost me 170 yay! Cheers

So, whoever got in contact with A+R, how did you do it? I keep sending them emails but they won't answer. Do they have a facebook or twitter account? Cheers

Hi, I bought the DCFC boxset from Amazon France for 200euros but didn't get the additional parcel with the correctly labeled albums. All I could get was a 35 euros refund. I have already sent about five different emails to [email protected] and [email protected] to no avail, what else can I do to contact Artist in Residence? Is anyone else in the same situation? I can't believe that they treat their costumers like this! Thanks
