I couldn't resist RFC's sale over the weekend so I picked up a few things I've wanted for a while but weren't high priority.

I also picked up the rest of the second pressing variants of Discourse's self titled that I didn't already have.

Hell yeah, I love this band. I'm definitely pre-ordering that 7" later this week.

This is awesome. Just ordered a clear gold copy.

I'll have to pick this up at some point. I saw them play with The Hotelier a few weeks ago and they blew me away.

I just finished listening to this and holy shit, what an album.

I heard they're selling test presses on tour right now, so if someone could pick up a copy for me that'd be awesome.

Other than black, I really like the blue/green/yellow variant of Two Worlds. 

What did you get? I've got them all too. Still waiting on Mayfly to send me my Curse of Consciousness as well as the Narratives splits. Maybe one day they will come....

Self titled on clear! I also picked up Curse of Consciousness on white and Muscle and Bone's self titled on blue when they played here last Sunday. 

Just got the last variant of Discourse's self titled to complete my collection. Pretty happy about it.

Yeah, good points, but blink was that band for me growing up so that's how I'm able to justify it to myself.

Haha, I mean I buy it. The guy who works there is pretty cool and is mainly into metal so I can't really see him walking into Hot Topic for the sole purpose of flipping a blink record. 

The record store didn't even order it. Apparently some guy brought it in earlier that day unopened and sold it to them. 

Man, I love this band. Picked up a baby blue copy. 

I just picked up a copy of this at the record store near me like an hour ago for $50. Worth it considering it's already going on ebay for more than that.

Yeah, Title Fight playing just seems... weird. That being said, I'd still see them there. NMH is the only other artist I care about on this lineup. 

As far as indie folk I would check out Jose Gonzalez's solo record In Our Nature. He's part of Junip. Sharon Van Etten - Tramp is a great record as well. Anything by The Tallest Man On Earth. A Great Big Pile Of Leaves - You Are Always On My Mind. American Football - S/T. Fleet Foxes - both full lengths.

As far as hip-hop goes check out Diamond District - In The Ruff. Oddisee - People See What They Hear.

For Post Rock you could look into Sigur Ros and Godspeed! You Black Emporer.

I second all of these, spot on. I'd also check out Owen - At Home With...

I'm so excited for this. I have a feeling it's going to end up in my top 10 of 2014.

Agreed. Not giving up on this album yet, though.
