thank you to everyone that got flesh and bone releases over the weekend, if any of the orders were from any of you.  i think i sold like 17 tapes, hooray!

I snagged that Tides of Man tape on Saturday, gotta keep the collection complete!

I need to get back into a routine that isn't just working and going home to do nothing afterward. It's just getting a bit taxing on me. I'm going to try and play music more and join the gym that's near my house so I can start doing productive things instead of just drinking beer and wasting my time doing dumb things when I could have a creative release or lose weight and get healthy. I always start something up then I stop when I don't have someone else to do those things with me, but now I guess it's time I do things myself and motivate myself that way.

I find the best way to get to the gym by yourself is to make a solid running playlist, preferably one entire album. The only way I can hear the album is to run while listening and forbid listening to it otherwise. Last summer it was TWY's The Greatest Generation and Captain, We're Sinking's The Future is Cancelled. Pop punk is fun2run2. Lately, I've been running to Gates' Bloom & Breathe.

EDIT: Nevermind grabbed them from Stones Throw along with the Knxwledge Anthology CS which I am super happy to find out exists. 

I also snagged the Knxwledge anthology + dilla + guilty simpson. tape game got me crazy.

I called the only store in MA participating (Underground Hip Hop) and asked what exclusive titles they had in.

He went on to tell me that CSD isn't a real thing and that they would be getting some stuff in the coming weeks that will be posted online.

Weird, raw lo-fi noise pop-type stuff. Limited run of 9 tapes, 6 left. In my opinion, totally worth the $6 PPD, his voice is like grating gravel, it has both melodic tunes and noisy shit, and an acoustic cover of Summertime Cloths by Animal Collective. DO IT UP
