I'm with you. I don't care about the CDs  and $50+ for a box set isn't cheap. May just try to pick up the indie exclusive

Looks like they changed it to the first 500 get the colored vinyl instead of 250

I had pre-ordered the vinyl in September, and just today (1/6/15) learned that District Lines wouldn't be getting it or selling it.  Very odd.  I contacted them about three times, in October, November and December, and each time they said that it was backordered but would be shipped within a week.  Just an overall horrible experience with District Lines.  At least I got my money back (allegedly, I'm going to carefully check my CC bill to verify that one), although all I wanted was the damn LP.

 

So, as far as I know, this album was not released on vinyl except possible as a Kickstarter reward.  Too bad, great album, but bad experience... 

I am waiting on this too. I ordered mine through Kickstarter and I am still waiting. I am hoping it comes in soon. Hopefully when they get some pressed, you will be able to get one

so I noticed that Amazon got this in stock and is selling it for 41 and change.  I called and told them I had spoke to someone previously about the cancellation and that if it did come into stock they would honor the price.  She had clicked the link on my receipt and saw it took you to the CD version and she asked if I would meet them half way.  I told them if she looked at the receipt they would see it said format: vinyl.  She finally agreed to honor their mistake and on top of marking it down to the 8.49 I used a 5.00 gift card that I had and after prime shipping and tax I paid 4.22.  not too shabby

I purchased this weekend from a local shop. The sticker on the front advertised a lyrics sheet and poster, but when I opened it up, only the vinyl and CD were included. Not a big deal, but for the price tag, you'd kind of like to get everything included.

 

When I asked the shop, they said this re-release doesn't include those items (even though the sticker claims it does). Anyone able to confirm this?

My copy from Amazon has both a poster and a lyric sheet.

Did people actually receive the deluxe of edition of the XX - Coexist? My deluxe copy from best buy definitely seems like the standard edition. There is no 24 page booklet and the vinyl doesn't feel like 180g

Has anyone gotten the new reissue yet? I'm curious if it's exactly the same as the original release.  I left a note for UPS to leave my package at the door, but the idiots just left their own note saying they'd try again tomorrow.

I got my copy in from Amazon yesterday. I haven't seen the original pressing so I cannot comment on that. The reissue is nice though; it is a big, nice tri-gatefold. I plan on listening to it today.

What I did to get the vinyl was upload my original receipt and chat transcript to imgur and shared that with the chat representative. I bet something along those lines can get you a credit
