  1. I find it so annoying when a sealed album arrives but has a seam split. This seems to now be happening more and more frequently these days, but assuming they are not actually pointed out in the listing, are the sellers aware when they are sent out? I must confess if I receive one I have previously assumed it's the sellers fault, but it hadn't occurred to me that it could, in fact, be occurring in transit.
  2. Having ordered quite a few items via discogs from the US and Europe over the years, I have never had any items not turn up. Only a few minor issues with being not exactly as described, e.g being described as mint and sealed and there turns out to be a small rip in the seal. However being too lazy to go through the dispute/returns procedure I usually just write it off as bad luck. Communication generally has always been very good. A few months ago there was a copy of the UO red vinyl Chvrches LP on offer in the States, described as mint and sealed. I messaged the seller to ask for an international shipping quote (as per seller's instructions) but they never replied. I was a bit pissed off about that.
  3. Roughly translates as "Grounded In the Barn". This is my first post, but thought this was worth a shout. Second single release from the all girl Madrid four piece who are currently attracting a fair bit of attention in the UK. Scheduled for release on 3 November. Limited edition of 500 worldwide, and available from Lucky Number in the UK. Also scheduled to be available through Mom+Pop in the US although doesn't seem to be listed at the moment. "Further highlights their seemingly effortless knack for crafting charming, effortlessly ramshackle (but always deceptively tight garage pop jams" - Gorilla vs Bear Looks as if there is also an album, Barn, due out on the same day, but no clue yet if it will also be available on vinyl. Vinyl single includes a digital pre-order of the album. Edit: May have been wrong about an album. The Lucky Number listing refers to an album, but Barn appears to be the title on the single sleeve. Lucky Number have now sold out in the UK but it's up on Mom+Pop in the US.
