I can't decide between the Record Doctor V and the KAB EV-1; they are both in my price range. Can anyone vouch for either of them?

I have never owned a turntable before, so I am basically a novice when it comes to this kind of stuff. Anyways I have narrowed it down to these two turntables:

 

Pro-Ject Debut lll

 

Audio Technica AT-LP120 + this cartridge if I get this one: Shure M97xE

 

 

I understand that Pro-Ject is a better brand, but I just wan't more insights/opinions.

The model of the receiver is RX-V995.

They are the best I can do at the moment.

Here are the speakers; I can't really spend any more than $90, so let me know if there are any better ones than these in my budget.

My friend is getting a new receiver, so he is gave me his old Yamaha one for free. I believe it's from 1999. It works perfectly and it has a phono input. Anyways, if I have this is there no need to go buy a new one? (I really don't want to spend the money if this one can do the job).

 

 

Don't use the kit.  If a record is actually dirty (probably isn't), there are cheaper, better ways to clean it.

 

What method do you recommend?

For example, if I wash this record with this kit, will I deface/wash off the design that is on the record?

Already got 4 of them (I knew someone was going say that).
