  1. Ohh yes I would be going directly to a preamp which would be right next to the table.
  2. My receiver is a large hdmi switch, which i would then need to run to the other room. I talked to my father and he said it is possible to get the cable to the receiver. Anyone know of good 25 feet or so rca cables. I searched the forums but nothing has jumped out.
  3. Thanks for the advice everyone. I am going to be finding a way to get that cable through. I was hoping there would be around it but it doesnt seem like its the case. Not without serious issues anyway.
  4. Nope. Ill have to find a way to get the cables through the wall somehow. Is there a preamp buying guide?
  5. The rooms are next to eachother about 20 feet away, but no easy way to run the cables through the walls. possible just a huge pain in the ass id rather avoud if i can get away with another method. Ive seen some wireless methods. http://www.amazon.com/Nyrius-NY-GS3200-Wireless-Transmitter-Receiver/dp/B008TCW2LG/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1421176890&sr=8-4&keywords=wireless+rca+transmitter http://www.amazon.com/SainSonic-PAT-330-Wireless-Transmitter-Receiver/dp/B00D77JY6O/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1421176890&sr=8-2&keywords=wireless+rca+transmitter or bluetooth methods. I but I am curious how much its degraded etc... I was wondering if there was anyone had any experience with things like this. Yeah i wasnt thinking about running it to my computer at all.
  6. I have an old technics SL-210 that I have in my office but I want to get it to my receiver an Onkyo TX-NR809 located in another room. It is impossibe to run the rca cables directly to the receiver. I have a cat 5 jack available if transmitting over cat5 would work, but it would be through a switch. I plan on getting a preamp at some point but if i go wirelessly or other is it even worth it quality wise? Thanks for all your help and suggestions.
