There are many different hobbies where you're correct. Vinyl is not one of them.

CLASSIC vinyl is not one of them but niche vinyl (punk, hardcore, metal, indie, etc) fluctuates wildly.

hate to burst your bubble here but that "limited to 9" thing isn't really significant. They're just the fourth pressing sleeves with records left over from the first pressing, so one could take one of the 3000 records from the first pressing, a fourth pressing sleeve and BAM.

they released 1000 on black vinyl and the 500 was on gold. I got black vinyl but if i new at the time i would of got gold lol.

It's hand numbered too plus they threw in a ton of free stuff. You'll probably get it quick then. I had to import it and I'm on the other side of the country as well so it took a little over a month for me to get.

I always thought it'd be awesome if Virgil came out with a limited print for VC forum members. Maybe only allow people with more then 20 posts or a reg date before December or something.

It should be forumers who have signed up before like a month before the preorder of the record and have over 100 posts. Then we get a PM by virgil w/ special codes or hidden links to the preorder.
