I called the owner of the shop yesterday. He avoided saying that it was boot, only saying that it was on color out of a thousand and made in europe. I ordered one. I'm sure it's a boot but I don't care. Amazing album, amazing band. For me, to have it on color is just nice. I'll post with pics and quality after I get it.

Did anyone else here pick up a copy of the Salival boot 2XLP that started showing up about a year and a half ago on ebay? It's on color, coke bottle clear/No Idea Gray. If anyone ever wants that on vinyl I recommend it. I bought mine from this guy. He also does the cobraside distro:

Not as great of a story, but my favorite record I have is beat up buck 65 Man Overboard 2XLP. It's the only remaining record I have from my last collection that I sold off in 2002.

Nothing about this seems shady. Everything points to an honest seller. And this is normal for Germany. I've done this before and I would do it again. $30 is a small risk for a normal transaction, from an honest seller.

After the show we were outside the front door and my buddy was wearing the bent up frames and fat mike walked out and said cool glasses. My buddy told him to stut up or fuck off or something. didn't know who he was. Funny as hell.

In 2004, in whistler, B.C. a ton of bands played punk night. Tsunami Bomb, Death by Stereo ect. I feel in the pit and landed fore arm first on a pint glass and broke it. blood all over. It hurt forever and about six months later a little hole opened up and something was poking out. there was a huge piece of glass in my arm. still got it too.

other than that kicked someones ass, got my ass kicked picked people up, got picked up, took a leek, threw up, passed out ect.

The funny thing is that if TPB wins in appeal(I think they will) Sweden can turn around and say we did what we could and not have to bow to US pressure. And there the issues are beyond illegal downloading and more about inappropriate influence, but that's one of the main things this has been about for a while.

These guys have years of appeals and won't go to jail even if they lose them all, which I doubt they will, since this trial was just a spectacle pushed by the US gov't by means of trade threats to Sweden. TPB is going nowhere since it's hosted in the Netherlands and mirrored all over. The industries are just desperately trying to blame someone and intimidate. not to mention TPB have laughed in ther face for years and will continue to do so for years to come.

Right now it seams that the only recourse is changes to ISP's with pay/bandwidth plans. And this will create a whole other fight between legal download sites and cable company's. The first round of this fight has already been lost by Time Warner who just pulled out of trying it in several cities from political pressure.

Don't waste your time sending a long email, stating the obvious. The seller already knows they suck. Ask for your money back, if the seller won't refund it, file a claim. Sellers are not allowed to sell things they don't physically have. Something similarly happened to me. I got my money back and then left neg. This type of thing makes me anoyed.

There used to be tons of euro boot presses of this. Might still be. I'll stop in at jackpot and ask about this.
