I went ahead and bought one last week despite the shipping costs to Canada. Thankfully it was 50% off shipping, but I still didn't get a shipping confirmation, just a charge to my account and the processing email. Weird.

Thank you so much for the information Travis. I found this site through this link, will probably use it from now on. I wish Hot Topic US shipped to Canada with rates lower than 30USD.
