Hatchetharry

I was browsing in a record fair in Vienna and came across a record which I reluctantly didn't buy. I have no idea what it was but it was obviously something interesting. Probably euro folk psychedelic or jazz. I can only remember there was a girl in the inside gatefold perched on a chair. Please Somebody out there Help!
