  1. I figure fuck it and facebooked Lenny himself asking if he knew anything about the v inyl release. I see that the lIzzie Huffman 10" never came out either, is Suburban Home even still going? Seems that the last few releases, certainly on vinyl, have yet to materialise. Would be a sad end to what was at its peak a fantastic group of artists.

A few years back, singer-songwriter Tim Barry closed out an album by pondering his own death – and he didn’t seem mind leaving this earth too much. “Take what you want/I won’t leave much,” he sang. 2012 finds him in a very different place. Themes of resilience and hope flow through Barry’s new record, “40 MileR". “If this record is uplifting compared to my old ones it’s because I feel stronger from all the beat-downs and shit I’ve taken in the past,” says the Richmond, Virginia-based artist.

  3. My mail woman is awesome!

She places them underneath the most protected area, and rings the doorbell and knocks on the door.

She also leaves me notes on packages saying that she was sorry she couldn't wait until someone came to the door to grab them.

I left her cookies and a Target gift card where she places my records at Christmas time.

    She rules.

Swap the 'she' for a 'he' and its the same. Dude is so used to delivering me records he even accidently delivered one for someone down the street!
