Hey Var, any chance that SBB Vol. 2 will be streaming on No Idea's site soon? I'm gonna be ordering that along with Vol. 1 here shortly. Been sleeping on it way too long.

Anybody know if all of the marbles/red are sold out or are they just releasing them in small quantities at a time? I keep missing the presales and it's getting lame. I emailed Triple Crown so hopefully they give me some good news.

Greg: ...I met this one guy in Arizona who was a pastor at a church and it was a non-denominational church, so it wasn’t like Christian strict, but he was like, “we recite ‘Ode We Will Burry Ourselves’, I print it out and hand it to people.” By all means I am not a Christian nor am I someone who loved God at the time of that record and these people are reciting it at church. That’s a totally different interpretation, but that’s awesome, so by all means take it.

I caught a bit of news about this, earlier... namely that glorious photo, right there. I'm stoked! Mind if I ask where you got the March release date from, though? Just a guess? Logically, it would only make sense... but I didn't know if I perhaps missed a certain date posted somewhere.

On the CYLS homepage, they say that it should be released sometime in March.

Well, it's been a while since we have updated everyone, but we have been very busy at work and we have a lot of exciting news! The first of which are the new upcoming releases: a vinyl release of Pneuma by Moving Mountains, the new EP from Boris Smile, and the vinyl and CD release of Joie De Vivre's debut full length, The North End. Expect Pnemua to be out sometime in March, Boris Smile on March 16th , and Joie De Vivre in early April.

Deep Elm has been doing Reserves for a while now, but I'm holding out so I can order from CYLS directly. Anyone ever order from them before? Hopefully they package and ship their stuff as nice as Graveface (LP outside of the jackets, I hate seam splits)!

Just got my package from Graveface with The Appleseed Cast - Low Level Owl Vol. I & II. One of the nicest packages I've seen and they threw in a bunch of extras! Graveface definitely knows what they're doing!

I just received an extra copy of Thrice's Beggars in the mail, but instead of flipping it on ebay, I thought it'd be nice to do a charity sale. I'm offering this for $15 ppd but instead of sending me the money, just donate it to a Haitian relief charity (some examples include Red Cross, UNICEF, Doctors Without Borders, etc.) and send me a screenshot of the donation payment screen. Just make sure you black out any information you don't wish to share with me. Please please please don't photoshop something and try to pass it off as a legit donation.

The record itself is clear green and in unplayed condition. Unfortunately, the jacket is noticeably creased on the right side due to shipping (not really visible in the picture), but still has its shrinkwrapping. It's signed and numbered (581/2000) and will be shipped to you in a secure LP mailer. First one to PM me and commit gets it. Thanks guys!

So does USPS deliver media mail on Saturday? I have a package that just arrived at my local post office, but I get all my stuff delivered to me at work and we're closed today. There's also a pretty heavy blizzard right now so I can't go out and check. Do you think they'll just leave it at the door or redeliver on Monday? My work is in a pretty busy shopping center so I hope they do redelivery.

yes they deliver all types of mail on saturdays, and a blizzard won't make a difference because of their oath. as for leaving it outside, that's totally up to the mail man and if he/she knows it's a place of business and it's not open on saturdays. they might hold on to it and try again monday or just leave it outside.

I normally don't go after prints and stuff but Beggars is my favorite Thrice album by far and I've been listening to them for almost 10 years now. I'd trade my sealed Vheissu that I literally just got in the mail for that litho though.

Nah it was a 7" by Karma Elektra. But Nerd Alert did include the repressed Earth 10" without the manufacturing error. I highly recommend ordering from them, they're solid dudes.
