Its $500 worth of tickets, plus my insurance going up. also, my car is fucked up. sooooo i need to get this taken care of.

so the other day i got in an accident. someone ran a light and hit me, but the cops took her word for it over mine. so i got the red light ticket and the accident was cnsidered my fault. this is what happened...

i was going north on ROAD 1 and turned left (west) on ROAD 2. i had a green light. the lady was on ROAD 2 heading west and ran her light and hit me on the side. my light was DEFINITELY green because i stopped and looked at the light and for oncoming cars. the cops got there an hour later and talked to the lady 90 percent of the time they were there and an hour after being there they said they talked to a witness who said i ran the light. i didnt see them talk to anyone or see any other cars when i got in the accident. and i know there were no pedestrians because it was pouring down rain. the accident report says "WITNESS NAME: UNKnOWN" meaning there technically isnt even a witness.

what should i do? fight it?
