They're honestly one of the best in terms of replies. Just send them your issues with the records. Pics are helpful as well. They're speedy when sending new copies etc.
That's good to hear. I told them I can try and take a picture (hard to see good because of the splatter) or send them a sound clip. I just contacted them through the website, so there was no place to attach a file, but I guess they'll give me an email address if they need some proof.

I just opened one of my Castlevania IV's, and side C has a bunch of fine scratches localized in one spot, like it was set down on something sharp (I guess at the pressing plant?). I'm not usually too anal about the condition of my new vinyl, I understand how these are made these days, but these scratches are really audible making a few tracks unlistenable. How is Mondo about replacing defective vinyl? Anybody had to deal with that? Some labels are cool to deal with (Season Of Mist), others really suck (Nuclear Blast), I sent them a message about my issue but I was just wondering what to expect

Got my copies of both. I don't love the cover art either, but do you think the look is to tie in with the upcoming Netflix animated series?

for the metal heads : Eroding Winds is doing 19% off with the code TAXBURDEN (excluding a few things).
Has anybody ordered from here before? How long do they take to ship usually? I saw this deal and bought 4 records Sunday night, but still no shipping notification. Most distros I usually order from ship out in a day or two. I hope they turn out to be reliable, because the selection and prices are good even without the coupon code.

I don't even bother putting my records back in the sleeve, ever. I put them in a MoFi type sleeve after cleaning and place it outside of the cardboard sleeve but inside the plastic outer sleeve. That's the proper way to store records to prevent possible long term ring wear, and you never have to worry about damaging inner sleeves by shoving them into tight pockets.
