I'm genuinely into vinyl and would happily be a member of this community, I just posted this video as a kind intro/ice breaker I guess the way you guys reacted is what turned things a bit sour

Yes I am, I answered Roandy55's question about my collection at the top of this page which he said was a serious question. Not everything is a joke. If you don't like this thread you don't have to read it, go back to wanking over Demon Days or whatever it is you guys get up to

I don't know mate, their value doesn't matter that much to me I just enjoy listening to them. I think there are a few rare and first/early pressings in there of stuff but most of those were given to me as gifts

You guys don't really strike me as the kind of people who would be in to star trek

I'm happy to stick around until Tommy runs out of those laughing gifs

Some harsh things have been said in this thread but calling me a "Comedian" in quotation marks like that really cuts deep

Okay well you'd probably know if you read the rest of the thread and watched the whole video but it was made as a joke, to be funny. And also to try and wind up people who are really serious about collecting vinyl's

Exactly, all the records look the same, it is the cover that's interesting. Sometimes I'll put a record on but keep my stereo turned off and just play a song I like on my computer instead. mp3s are much better quality in my opinion

No I didn't say any of that. I do show them both sides of the cover though

I'm trying to, that's why I made this series. I'm not a particularly perceptive person but it doesn't seem to have gone down as well as I was hoping

Regarding vinyl's: it would be great to get some suggestions from you guys of certain vinyl's you would like me to review. I have a few hundred vinyl's myself but have no problem spending money on a couple of new vinyl's if it is going to make a good review
