  1. super baseball 2020

The Mechanical Brains are my favorite baseball team ever. Who do you think will win the Fighting League Pennant this year? I feel like the Ninja Black Sox made some strong off season moves.

I'm backing the Taiwon Megapowers this year. Taiwon-1 and Taiwon-2 are beastly on the mound.

  2. I have always been a sega guy. It all started when we got a master system. Some of those games were amazing Ghost Busters and Wonder Boy in moster land were the best.

As far as genesis goes. Streets of Rage, Gunstar Heroes, and super baseball 2020 owned my life as a kid.

  3. A dermal punch sounds interesting but I'm not sure if I want to go that route. I know I will never want bigger than a 2 gauge. It's the perfect size for me. I just returned the tapers I bought at hot topic today after seeing the poor persons stretching kit. While I was there I was looking at the tapers and I'm pretty certain I have 12's right now and not 10's. Would it be safe to go from a 12 to an 8? Once I'm at an 8 I figure I'll go to 6 then 4 then 2 and take it slowly. I really want my ears to be healthy.

if you don't plan on using a dermal, a rule for stretching is stretch once every 2 months. if you are at a 12.. it's safe to go to a 10, rather than a 8. i've stretched from a 4 to a 0 and it wasn't pleasant.. and then 6, 4, 2.

if you decide to get tapers, the tapers at bme ( http://shop.bmezine.com) are really good and they have both acrylic and stainless steel tapers from industrial strength. they are pricey, but they are worth it. if you know someone at a shop that can autoclave them or even a shop that has a statim machine which does it in less than 5 minutes rather than an hour, that's a plus too. again, when stretching NEVER wear organics or acrylics. always use stainless steel or surgical steel plugs/rings. and as a added plus, use jajoba oil for healthy healing and skin growth. also if you buy jewelry from a shop, they'll stretch them for free. well most will at least. hope this helps.

Hey thanks for all the info. I just ordered a 10 g stretching kit from bodyartforums. It comes with a steel taper and steel plug for $7. Where can I get ahold of jajoba oil? Thats probably a dumb question but I've never heard of it.

  5. Wow, I got a lot more info that I thought I would. Thanks to everyone for sharing all this.

I have one ear that I just got pierced a week ago. I don't plan on stretching it till it heals, I just got it pierced because now that I'm working towards plugs I want both ears to have them. As for my other ear I'm pretty sure it's at a 10, I'm not positive. I just know I bought a bigger piece of jewelry like 4 years back and put it in my ear, it's not huge or anything but definitely bigger than a 14.

Don't get me wrong I am impatient and would love to have 2's quickly but when it comes to my body I'm more than willing to do things the right way. So what size should I stretch to next? how far down is safe to stretch at a time? And with the tapers do you move it more and more each day or are you supposed to just push it all the way through at once?

Thanks again for all the advice, you dudes are always a huge help.

  6. Stay strong, I just went through a seriously rough breakup and it gets better after a few days. Spending time on VC helps too.

I don't really know what advice to give you except to keep your mind off it. Thats what everyone told me and it really helped.

That being said you are cute, you listen to good music and you are into photography. Only an idiot would pass up a girl like that.

  7. I really can't get into non JRPG's for my RPG playing. I've heard so many good things about Oblivian too, but I have a feel I'll hate it like all the others I've played.

I'm the same way and kind of dismissed the game when first playing it. 6 months down the line I was extremely bored and popped it in. I'm glad I did, it was awesome.

It's cheap, I say give it a try and see if you like it.

  8. or dont drink coffee around your records............

its funny when i drink and play records my wife is usually the one to point out that fact. she may hate my habit but she still knows i love what i do and she will help me out with anything pertaining to it.

See but having a tiny apartment doesn't give me much room to go with.

I'm going to find a way to have his boys put back on just so I can get his ass fixed again.

  9. If there are any of my releases in there I'll send you replacement covers for free.

Thanks, all my records of yours are safely tucked away in my record cabinet because I listen to them so much. Needless to say my new gameplan is going to be keeping my most expensive records in there from now and just live with digging out all the ones I listen to regularly out of the crates.

In a surprising twist my copy of PMFS-Mercy actually looks better with coffee stains all over it.

  10. So I run to go pee really quick and come back to my dog with his nose in my coffee cup. He hears a dog bark outside and quickly turns with his face still in my coffee knocking the whole thing down into a crate of records. A lot will be fine but so many are ruined especially ones that coffee spilled straight into the plastic bag with the record. All of my NMDS covers are ruined. My two biggest losses are my screened Tim Barry Laurel Street Demos /25 and my How We Are preorder cover. I am so bummed. I seriously feel like I lost part of my family. I know it's weird to say but I've put a lot of time and effort into tracking down some of these records.

  11. i can't get any online achievements right now thanks to not having XBL. although, one time Skate. glitched and gave me a few of them. it was really strange, although i had to start a new game to get the ones that i rightfully earned

You're lucky. I rightfully earned a full 1000 in that game but about half the achievements were glitched for me and I could never get to unlock. I spent so much time in that game.

  12. For the BlackBerry I had, it made sense. New, they wanted to charge like $400. With insurance, it was $5 a month and $100 "deductible".

True, I don't have a nice phone so for me it never made sense.

I don't understand why alltel won't just give me a new phone. They had to remove it from the market because of massive failure yet every time I call they refuse to admit that it's a problem with the phone and blame it on me.

  13. I've had t mobile for a few years now. When I first got them my major complaint was coverage area. I could stand outside and have a great signal and as soon as I went in my house i had little to no signal. Now however they have added towers all over and my service is great. Im thinking of dropping the insurance though as it doesnt really do much. I had a previous phone break and they wanted to charge me $110 for a new one. I ended up getting the hook up but why am i paying $72 a year if they are gonna charge me the same price anyhow?

Insurance is useless, I never understood how they got away with that. By the time you pay into the insurance and then still having to pay the replacement fee you may as well have bought a new phone.
