Canadian needs help due to Amazon georestrictions

There's something I can't buy on Amazon due to georestrictions. My credit card will not work for the item on Amazon.com because I have a Canadian billing address. I'd like to paypal someone the money in exchange, to get around the georestrictions. Please reply or PM.
