My “BTS” package arrived. It’s the DED slipmat. 

So now they’re just randomly sending crap out? What a ridiculous company. 

I recd and email yesterday that sandbag has shipped me a “BTS Dynamite Package”. 
 

WTF? Is that my free gift?

My two shipments have arrived but I’m at work. It’s going to be comical if I received two albums after the cancellation email and refund last week. 
 

I guess the office that processed the cancellations and refunds didn’t communicate with the shipping department in Austin - other than to apparently generate two separate orders for shipping vs canceling one of the copies. 
 

What a cluster. Curious now if they’ll say they made and (a) you return one or (b) they’ll charge you for it or (c) just admit their massive fail and not do anything else. 
 

Shipping alone may make mass returns less than ideal for them along with the sheer hassle.

I assume the second item is the “special gift” their cancellation email mentioned. It’s just weird that their shipping emails make it look like you’re getting two albums. 

I received a refund. Then got an email that says they shipped one of two items. Then a day later I got a second email that shows a second shipment and two fulfilled items. 
 

Both shipments show they still haven’t given the items to USPS (just printed the labels).

Like I said I’d have ordered a red or a white if there had been a limit stated. The system also shouldn’t have let you check out with more than one. I ordered one my myself and my daughter. I’ll just give her the swirl and hope they release another one later. Seems like an odd solution to not offer to swap the extra for another color. It’s not our fault they didn’t have the limit stated nor did they enforce it. 

I ordered two swirls. Received an email that they would be canceling one and refunding next for it. It notes that the limit was clearly stated on the website (which is incorrect as that was added after my order went through or I’d have ordered one of it and one of another color).
