  1. I think it is time to let go of my "everything to do with Eric's Trip" vinyl. All LPs are in vg+ to nm condition. Please send offers, the more you want to buy the better the deal most likely.

Shipping is from Canada so will figure out after you let me know what you want as it will range quite a bit...our postage rates though are pretty sucky compared to the US rates but will give you the best rate I can. Local pickup available in Toronto/Pickering as well.

Here is what I am selling:

    Elevator - August 12 Inch

Elevator - A Taste Of Complete Perspective 12 Inch

Elevator Through - Vague Premonition 12 Inch

Elevator To Hell - Eerieconsiliation 12 Inch

Elevator To Hell - Elevator To Hell 12 Inch

Elevator To Hell - Parts 1-3 12 Inch

    Eric's Trip - Bootleg 12 Inch

    Eric's Trip - Forever Again 12 Inch

Eric's Trip - Love Tara 12 Inch - SOLD PENDING PAYMENT

Doiron, Julie - Goodnight Nobody 12 Inch

Doiron, Julie - I Can Wonder What You Did With Your Day 12 Inch

Doiron, Julie - Loneliest In The Morning 12 Inch

Doiron, Julie - Wake Myself Up 12 Inch

    White, Rick - 137 12 Inch

White, Rick - Memoreaper 12 Inch

White, Rick - The Rick White Album 12 Inch

I will put these up on Discogs or Ebay in the next week or so but will offer here first. I do have a bunch of other stuff for sale on both sites under the username musiceh if you wanted to add to these as well.

    Thanks

  2. Has anyone ever shipped or received records in brand new 13 inch pizza boxes (I believe that would be a medium pizza!). I am not talking used boxes with crusty cheese and dried up mushrooms caked on the box....I mean brand new, never used, plain white pizza boxes. In theory I think they should work just fine as long as you fill in the gap between the records/cardboard stiffner and the top of the box and give her a good taping around all the edges.

These are much cheaper and easier to get here in the Toronto area and seeing as the only way to get new record mailers are to pay crazy shipping prices from the US I was thinking of trying them out. Please tell me if you have had any good or bad expereinces with new pizza boxes as mailers (sending or receiving).

    Thanks eh.

  3. I do that as well but I am now out .... I guess I could buy more records to get the mailers to reuse though!

It looks like I have to order from the US, just wondering with shipping for say 50-100 of them what shop seems to be the best price to Canada, anyone here order them from the US?

    Thanks

  4. I live close to Toronto and was wondering where is the cheapest place any other fellow Canucks have purcahed the standard 12 inch record mailers from (the ones that hold 1-2 albums). If you know of somewhere in the local Toronto area that sells them let me know as well but I am not wanting to pay the crazy prices at Staples. Postage rates from several US shops seems pretty high so let me know the best and cheapest place any you have found.

    Thanks

  5. Not sure what to ask for this test pressing of the Arkells Jackson Square on black vinyl. Apparantley rejected and limited to 15 copies, have not played it so do not know why she was rejected but purchased from the recent Dine Alone garage sale.

Shipping is from Canada and our rates suck so will need to add $10 to ship to the USA/Canada and a crappy $18 everywhere else on earth....

Send me your offers, I also have the limited edition Alexisonfire items they were selling (the limited to 70 version of Old Crows.. and the White Aussie Tour 7 inch) + the 2 different City and Colour white 7 inch singles if you want to try to make a package deal for all 5 or 2 of the 5 or whatever else combination you can come up with.

Paypal payment only unless you are local to where I work (Toronto area close to 401 and DVP) in which case a bag of toonies in person will do just fine.

  7. Hi, I am looking for a Germany only issue vinyl LP by a Canadian band named Blue Rodeo, the album is called Lost Together. It came out around 1992. Here is a link to a German shop that used to have it for sale to get an idea of what the cover looks like:

    http://www.popvinyl.de/Schallplatten-LPS-Rock/Blue-Rodeo---Lost-Together--German-Vinyl-LP-1992-.html

If you happen to find a copy I would be willing to pay $50 + shipping, I am guessing this record may be buried in the cheap bins over there!

    Thanks

  8. No idea, if I get an offer I can't refuse will sell here for sure. Will probably end up on the damn bay because that seems to get the most views (though their recent change to charge their fees on postage costs as well has really turned me off ebay). Anyhow, will list on F-Bay on Sunday probably so will leave here for a few days to see if anyone really needs this, because let's face it, when it comes to C&C fans it is not a matter of "wanting" but intead "needing" their rare stuff .... no offence as I am the same way with my fav bands but just not C&C!

  9. Title says it all, same cd for sale as posted in the Tour Variants post, looks to be in great shape, will put on F-Bay this weekend but will sell here for the right price (which I have no idea what that is right now), send me your bestest offers, shipping will be free in NA or $5 outside but if you want insuarnce I will have to figure all that out.

  10. City and Colour fans are some of the most obsessed collectors, that being said I found a copy of The Death of Me CD EP last week in my local shop for a whopping $5 (plus tax though)...anyone here wanty before I put on ebay this weekend....send me your craziest offers because I know this gets stupid money and I need some stupid money now to pay off the old Mastercard, too much spent on vinyl this year!

  11. It is a great site for buying rare stuff but it is also a great site for a laugh when you see the crazy prices people put on some of their items .... love the comment that it is only limited to 600 and that the drummer died so it must be worth $600 of course, especially when others are selling it for like 20 times less on the same site!

  12. Sonic Boom just opened a smaller vinyl only shop in Kensington Market. Apparantley they were saving lots of great used vinyl over the past year for this new store and when I stopped in last week they had some great stuff for decent prices. I picked up some old used lps by Flaming Lips, Portishead, Daft Punk and others you rarely see used in shops. Not sure how long their great selection will last but definitely worth a visit if you are in TO.
