for you guys that got the refund from paypal, do you usually have a balance in your paypal account? if I use my linked credit card to pay for this, should I contact them or the bank?

was about to get the run around again but talked about the situation a bit more, got put on hold for a few minutes and the dude came back and said he'd give me a full refund
