Eh, maybe I'll buy a ps3 game or two. I don't want to chance dropping $100 on some new records that are 10-15 each and then have them come in ruined.

My "volunteer" services come around Christmas time. Me and the wife don't buy each other Christmas gifts. We each choose a child from a "giving tree" and also choose 1 Family to provide dinner for. We spend a great amount on each kid. We have done this for the last 5 years. It does feel rewarding. My wife used to volunteer at a special needs daycare type of thing (only lasted 4 hours). It allowed mothers/fathers to go get some alone time, do shopping, and/or get things done.

I'd be interested, but I'll be honest. I've never done a Fantasy League before, have always wanted to just never have tried or known what exactly to do lol.

My brother pulls in around 35-60k a year which is great in the town he lives in. Cost of living is not expensive here. He makes his money due to what type of work he does. He started his business 2 years ago and is going strong. He does many festivals, ACL, SXSW, Reggae Fest, and Bonnaroo. Not to mention the amount of work he does for other companies, sports teams, businesses, bands, etc. He is lucky though simply because there are 2 other places here that do what he does but he has small overhead, him and 2 others that he's able to be the cheapest on his prices while still maintaining quality. It's going to come down to how many people you know involved with groups and how well you network. He's only tapped the barrel of what he's doing since now he's branching out to Austin, Dallas, and Houston where he just landed a 1500 shirt order from one company.

As for the space requirement you need it. He built his own shop on his land. Mainly he had to have a place for his 2 presses to go which take up a huge amount of space. His conveyer belt which takes space. Drying station, boxing station, wash out station (washing out the screens, etc). It takes a good amount of space depending on how big you want your business to be and if its just going to be you versus you and a few others.

I had my entertainment center delivered from 1 hour away and it weighed about 200lbs. Delivery, setup, and clean up was $70 lol. I dont want to drive my truck to ikea. A/c went out last week. TX weather sucks. In no hurry to fix it since i onlu drive it to work and am only 6.2 miles away.
