This is actually better than I was expecting it to be. I think it sounds a lot like classic Sublime.
I dont think its amazing but a lot better than I expected.
I wanted to hate it and I love it.
I think I'll wait for the vinyl though.

Im burning this motherfucker up.

Bam 24k bitches!
Really, it looks like gold specks.
-
What?
i thought there was talk a while ago about doing cursed represses.
Doesnt start with an S dude.....blew it.

It's funny cause Samiam and Seaweed were two bands I discoverd at nearly the same time and quickly became my favorites. Strange that you are putting both out. Next stop....Sunny Day Real Estate.

I would resort to violence to get this. Glad they will have a po instead.

Looks pretty sweet. I love the record too. I wish it was a little more strange though.

My blue copy has what looks to be a chunk of 24k gold in it. I'm positive I'm going to be rich now.

I'm going with blue and white swirl if blue is in the mix.

I'm really stoked on all of these records at this moment so it was a really good mail day for me.

No but I have tshirts disappearing like all the fucking time. The latest victim is my Mean Jeans shirt. It was ugly as shit but I want it back.

It really did take me a sec to figure out the speed.

i do not understand why people are so frantic to get one of these when jake has stated at least once that these will be readily available online shortly.
Sorry if I am frantic. Look at my tradelist. I'm a nutty Converge completionist. And one way or another, I'm going to end up with a tour version of this 7" (even though there will be 2 other versions available online. I'll get those too). I'm just not trying to pay ebay prices, if I don't have to. I guess I haven't built up enough online capital to have fellow board members do me this favor, so I'm being a bit ridiculous The Joys of Living 2008-2010, CD & 12" (Velvet Scene/Rise Records) (2011)
the whole matter.
I'd say, for most people, it would make sense just to wait, if their goal is to have this on 7", regardless of variant. But maybe some people think the tour version is more rare, or they like the colors more, or they are just being frantic. I am a bit curious why there are so many people asking for this tour 7", when it will be made available online sooner rather than later.
I have an extra one. Pm me.

stoked about this.
i've been wanting to get the 7" box set, but i'll take this instead.
not so stoked about the new record, tho.
their last one was horrible.
I don't think the songs are bad, but the production was so bad its unlistenable. They need to remix and remaster it like they did with Banner Pilot's Resignation Day. Its like listening to a totally different record.
I've thought the same thing since they put it out.

This is one of my favorite albums of all time.
All I have is the 7" set. I fucking pumped.
-
Got it and another box from DW that I ordered last week.
-
I was fucking positive that this would come today and natta. Bummed as shit right now.

and mp3 since i don't own the LP, d'oh!
I love that record.

I don't know why amazon doesn't shrink the LPs to a piece of cardboard all the time.
When they do the shit works perfect.

Kinda bummed the three songs I'd already heard were my favorites, but still a solid album. Hopefully the rest grow on me.
I felt the same way but it's still an amazingly well put together album.

$21 on Amazon. I have Amazon Prime so $21 shipped is more than reasonable to me. Also, it seems like they are sending Amazon rare colors, as a few people have commented on the board saying they received a white copy of the new Cave In record, if that's your thing.
I thought about it but I've had to return the last 3 records I ordered from them. I told them what was wrong all 3 times and they kept packaging them the same way every time.
PO: Sublime with Rome - Yours Truly

I also have a friend who's this total hippy type who's favorite band ever is Sublime. I played him panic the other day. He's so out of it that he didn't know they had been playing with Rome. Anyway, once I explained it to him and that he was listening to a new Sublime song, I thought he was going to cry. He really couldn't have been more pleased.
