The same thing happened to me last year. I had a folder on my desktop that I used briefly and when I went to delete it, I received the same message. After a couple weeks of this, I gave up. Then I tried it again recently and I was able to delete it without any problem.

Not sure if I can offer much help. I got mine back in October from a Phantom City Records in Olympia. They had a bunch and they didn't look like they were going anywhere. I'm guessing they're gone by now, but it's worth a call and/or email to the store.
